In the past few days, I've looked up about a zillion documents on Common Induction. At our last GBM one of the new members asked me, 'What will we do in AIESEC?' - I knew she wanted an answer about ALL that we do in AIESEC and their respective roles. I just couldn't answer her then cause the organization is so diversified it would be unfair
not to explain every detail.
I have been looking at the xp again and again, my own understanding of it has increased so much, I'm overflowing with facts. :)
Looking forward to some very intense and insightful sessions in the coming weeks!
